FBI Documents on Clinton Email Investigation Made Public

Here we go again—another day, another Clinton saga dragged back into the light, and somehow it’s even messier than you remember. A U.S. Justice Department watchdog just dropped a report that blows a hole right through Hillary Clinton’s favorite defense line: that she’s been “exonerated.” Oh, she’s been cleared, has she? Then explain why the FBI apparently had thumb drives full of potential evidence in their hands and… just never opened them.

Yes, you read that correctly. Thumb drives. Obtained during the investigation. And instead of digging in, then-FBI Director James Comey, Andrew McCabe, Peter Strzok, and the rest of the cast of usual suspects didn’t bother with “additional, targeted searches.” According to Senator Chuck Grassley, they simply let them sit. Untouched. Like someone’s “to-do list” they had no intention of ever checking off.

Think about what that means. Thirty thousand emails were already missing, hanging over the Clinton campaign like a dark cloud. And now we learn there was even more—literal data devices—that no one explored. If you’re feeling that old 2016 frustration bubbling up again, you’re not alone.

And here’s where it gets really interesting. The Office of the Inspector General says those drives should have been opened immediately to probe for foreign influence. Instead? Crickets. No follow-up, no deep dive, no accountability. All while Hillary Clinton told the world she’d been cleared and the media repeated it like gospel.

But wait, there’s another twist buried in that annex. A conversation—yes, documented—between Debbie Wasserman Schultz, then running the DNC, and two individuals tied to the Soros Open Society Foundations. The topic? Efforts to help the Clinton campaign “scuttle the probe” and shield her candidacy. That isn’t some random conspiracy thread from a message board. That’s in the records.

You can almost hear the gears turning back in 2016: the emails vanish, the FBI has leads but ignores them, and behind the scenes certain players are talking strategy on how to make it all disappear. And for years, the American public was told to move along, nothing to see here, Clinton’s been exonerated.

Then there’s the kicker—the same James Comey who publicly let Clinton off the hook in July 2016 is the guy who turned around that same month and launched “Crossfire Hurricane,” the investigation into Trump. And now, years later, he’s under scrutiny for whether he charged forward on that Russia narrative even after learning there was no real connection.

The Inspector General’s report doesn’t tie everything up in a neat bow. It doesn’t answer the question of what was on those thumb drives. It doesn’t explain why the FBI ignored its own recommendations. And it sure doesn’t tell us what those quiet conversations with Soros-linked operatives really set in motion.

But one thing’s certain: after nearly a decade of shadows, this isn’t over. And if those drives ever do see the light of day… well, you might want to brace yourself for what comes next.
