Oh, you’re going to want to sit down for this one.
Because just when you thought the federal justice system couldn’t possibly twist itself into any more knots for the sake of a known criminal, along comes Judge Paula Xinis — a proud Obama appointee — to remind us all that, yes, the absurdity can go deeper.
Meet Kilmar Abrego Garcia. A name you probably didn’t know yesterday. But one you’re supposed to feel very sorry for today. Why? Because this poor man — allegedly an MS-13 member, convicted human smuggler, accused domestic abuser, and someone ICE says is a child predator — is being “unfairly targeted” by the big bad Trump administration. And guess what? A federal judge just blocked his deportation. Again.
🚨 BREAKING: Obama judge Paula Xinis has BLOCKED ICE from deporting Kilmar Abrego Garcia, one again overstepping her authority
WHY ARE WE ALLOWING THIS TO CONTINUE??!

Not to El Salvador this time. Nope. To Uganda.
And why Uganda? Well, that’s part of the circus too. Because while nobody seems to agree on what country should take this man — El Salvador didn’t exactly roll out the welcome mat when we sent him back in March — his lawyers are now claiming that deporting him to Uganda is somehow too dangerous. Not for Americans, mind you. For him.
So now we’re in this truly cartoonish situation where ICE has its hands tied, a federal judge has thrown up another roadblock, and a man who illegally crossed our border 15 years ago — and racked up quite the rap sheet since then — is being treated like the victim of some humanitarian crisis.
But it gets better.
When he turned himself in for a mandatory ICE check-in in Baltimore, he wasn’t greeted with handcuffs and shame. Oh no. He was greeted by cheering supporters chanting, “We are all Kilmar.”
Excuse me? Speak for yourself. Because if “we are all Kilmar” means we’re all human traffickers and accused MS-13 members with domestic abuse charges and restraining orders, then maybe it’s time to reset the moral compass.
Kilmar Abrego Garcia is not and will never be a Maryland Man—he is a criminal illegal alien from El Salvador and public safety threat. It is insane that sanctuary politicians chose to glorify and stand with an MS-13 gang member over the safety of American citizens.@POTUS Trump… pic.twitter.com/jYeS0FPwy0

Meanwhile, the Biden administration — oh wait, scratch that — the Trump administration is the one trying to clean up this mess. Yes, the same administration that got slammed for “family separation” is now the only entity saying, “Hey, maybe we don’t want child predators and violent gang members back in our neighborhoods.”
But every time ICE tries to do its job? BOOM — federal judge. Injunction. Delay. More red tape. And all while legal American citizens — you know, the ones who actually play by the rules — are told to just sit quietly and pay their taxes.
Now let’s be clear: this isn’t about immigration in general. This is about a very specific individual with very specific charges. Yet somehow, the narrative gets twisted into this emotional sob story about hope and injustice. Garcia’s own wife once accused him of beating her and holding her against her will — but hey, she says they’ve “worked through it,” so I guess we’re supposed to forget that part too?
REPORTER: “Why are the Democrats so emotionally attached to this man [Kilmar Abrego Garcia] who beats his wife and is part of a t*rrorist organization?”
TRUMP: “Because they think he’s going to be good for votes… THESE PEOPLE ARE DERANGED!”

And here’s the kicker. The Trump White House finally pushes back, posting a photo of Garcia next to the MS-13 logo with a sharp caption: “Still not a Maryland Dad…” I mean, what else do you say when sanctuary-state activists keep rolling out the red carpet for guys like this?
Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem summed it up perfectly: “@POTUS is not going to allow this illegal alien, who is an MS-13 gang member, human trafficker, serial domestic abuser, & child predator to terrorize American citizens.”

But if Judge Xinis has her way? He stays right here. Right in the continental U.S.
So here’s your takeaway: law-abiding Americans — the folks raising kids, working jobs, paying taxes, and following the law — apparently don’t rank as high as a man with a rap sheet that reads like a Netflix true crime series.
And the question is: how many more Kilmar Garcias are waiting in the wings? Because if the courts keep blocking deportations like this, we might just find out the hard way.
