Johnson Posts His Own Video Of Interview

CBS News finds itself embroiled in yet another controversy, only a week after facing accusations of bias during the vice presidential debate between Republican Senator JD Vance and Democrat Governor Tim Walz. This time, the focus is on a heavily edited interview with Democratic presidential nominee and Vice President Kamala Harris, aired by “60 Minutes” on Monday night. The network is under scrutiny for the noticeable jump cuts in the interview, raising concerns about the integrity of the editing process.

During the interview, Harris was asked pointed questions about her economic strategy and the implications of opening the southern border with Mexico. However, viewers quickly noticed that the final product was riddled with choppy transitions, suggesting significant edits. These edits seem to have sanitized at least one of Harris’s answers, removing some of the more troubling aspects and presenting her in a more polished light.

The editing issue has sparked outrage from former President Donald Trump and his campaign, who are calling for the unedited version of the interview to be released. Trump took to his platform, Truth Social, to condemn CBS’s handling of the interview. He claimed that Harris’s responses were “virtually incoherent” and that the producers had repeatedly manipulated her answers to improve her image. Trump’s criticism went further, suggesting that this manipulation could constitute a violation of campaign finance laws.

But folks it gets even worse it has now been learned that they edited out the poor victims of Western North Carolina to help Biden and Kamala save face.

The revelation was posted by none other than Speaker of the House Mike Johnson who showed just how low CBS news will go.

“I recently traveled to NC and victims of Hurricane Helene told me nearly two weeks after landfall, the Biden-Harris Administration had STILL not provided them with all the resources they desperately needed,” Johnson wrote. “But CBS selectively edited OUT ENTIRELY this first-hand perspective.”

In the video below you’ll see what CBS News aired. However, what they didn’t realize was that Johnson was recording them himself the whole time and posted what he actually said.
