Last Monday, General Hospital star Haley Pullos turned herself in to begin a 90-day jail term for DUI charges stemming from a near-fatal car accident in April 2023. The 25-year-old actress had been facing two felony DUI charges and a misdemeanor hit-and-run charge.
Pullos’ arrest followed a traffic accident where she was found to have a blood alcohol content of .08, the legal limit in California. The Los Angeles County District Attorney charged her with DUI after she pleaded no contest to the offense. As a result, Pullos surrendered herself to authorities on Monday afternoon and is expected to serve a three-month jail term before returning to court on July 29.
The actress’ attorney stated that Pullos is “grateful to the court for a minimum sentence and for recognizing her remorse and the strides she has made in her sobriety.” The court has also sentenced her to five years of probation and 200 hours of community service and ordered her to pay restitution of over $8,000.
A year after Haley Pullos was arrested for her involvement in a wrong-way crash on the freeway, the former ‘General Hospital’ star surrendered to 90 days in Pasadena City Jail, ET can confirm.https://t.co/Uu1xlRbQWs

Pullos, who has played Molly Lansing-Davis on General Hospital since 2009, received a Daytime Emmy nomination for her role in 2015. She has also appeared in other TV shows such as House, Dollhouse, and Mr. Mayor. Following the accident, she took a leave of absence from General Hospital.
While Pullos’ case is unfortunate, it serves as a reminder of the dangers of driving under the influence. Driving under the influence not only puts the driver at risk but also endangers the lives of other motorists and pedestrians. It is encouraging to see that the court has taken her actions seriously and has imposed penalties that will hopefully make her think twice before getting behind the wheel while intoxicated in the future.
This incident also highlights the importance of addressing substance abuse and seeking help to overcome it. We hope that Pullos will use this time to reflect on her actions and work on her sobriety so she can come back stronger than ever.
Subsequently, she’ll be subject to a lengthy period on probation and forced to serve her community.#GH #GeneralHospital #DailyDramahttps://t.co/aTbysqbtq9
