Senator Vance Responds to Questions on Cartel Strike

Vice President JD Vance is out here doing the one thing that drives the Left absolutely insane — telling the truth, plainly, and without an ounce of apology. And this time? He’s not just talking tough. He’s backing a Trump administration military strike that turned cartel drug smugglers into ocean fertilizer.

No drone footage from MSNBC. No weepy op-eds in The Atlantic. Just a strike, 12 cartel terrorists dead, and enough fentanyl out of circulation to save God knows how many American lives.

But cue the outrage machine.

The professional scolds wasted no time. Leftist Twitter activist Brian Krassenstein — the guy who manages to sound sanctimonious even in a 240-character post — jumped in to accuse Vance of committing “war crimes.”

And Vance? He didn’t flinch.

“I don’t give a s*** what you call it,” he replied.

Just like that. Brutally honest. No spin. No fake empathy for monsters who stuff pills with poison and ship them across our borders.

Over 1.3 million people saw that reply within hours. And it’s not just the views — it’s the reaction. Because somewhere, deep down, even the most disillusioned American knows the fentanyl crisis isn’t about compassion. It’s about power. And the cartels have had it for way too long.

Let’s not forget what we’re dealing with. These aren’t desperate migrants seeking a better life. These are narco-terrorists. And for years, Washington has tiptoed around them, offering stern warnings and polite diplomatic notes while Americans were dropping dead in suburban kitchens and high school bathrooms.

This isn’t just about border policy anymore. It’s about war. The kind that’s already been waged — not with tanks and missiles, but with chemicals, needles, and open border chaos.

While Democrats spend their days hand-wringing over pronouns and trans-inclusive chess tournaments, Trump and Vance are taking actual action. Real, tangible, targeted action. A U.S. military strike in the Caribbean Sea took out nearly a dozen Tren de Aragua cartel members. These are the same people pushing lethal drugs into our country by the ton.

You’d think this would be unifying. But instead, the same Left that cheered when Biden sent $60 billion to Ukraine is now crying over cartel members getting vaporized in international waters.

The hypocrisy would be funny if it weren’t so twisted.

And Vance? He’s not backing down. He doubled down, in fact — mocking the left’s war priorities with this brutal follow-up:

“Democrats: let’s send your kids to die in Russia. Republicans: actually let’s protect our people from the scum of the earth.”

That’s the battle line. Not left vs. right. Not rich vs. poor. It’s do something vs. virtue signal.

For years, the cartels have been pushing poison while the Biden administration stood back and called it a “complicated issue.” Meanwhile, the body count keeps climbing. And the only people who seem to understand what’s at stake? Are the ones finally doing something about it.

Secretary of State Marco Rubio made it even clearer: This isn’t about interdicting anymore. It’s about eliminating.

“Interdiction doesn’t work,” he said. “What will stop them is when you blow them up.”

Harsh? Sure. Effective? You bet.

America isn’t just fed up — it’s on edge. Parents are burying teenagers. Cities are watching addiction explode. And the same government that can’t secure its own southern border is now being asked to protect the rights of foreign criminals who traffic death?

No. Not anymore.

Vance and Trump are putting the world on notice: If you peddle poison to our people, we’re not going to ask where you’re from or how you vote. We’re going to find you — and we’re going to end the threat before it hits our shores.

So while the Left spirals into a moral panic over whether the term “civilian” applies to armed cartel smugglers in a speedboat — the Right is focused on something a bit more old-fashioned:

Protecting American lives.
