Trump advisor Stephen Miller didn’t mince words in a fiery Fox News appearance, issuing a clear message to the brave men and women of Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE): We have your back.
As leftist politicians and radical activists continue their coordinated attacks on ICE and the enforcement of immigration law, Miller stood tall and unapologetic, reminding agents that they are protected under the law. And more importantly — that they have a duty to uphold it.
“You have immunity to perform your duties,” Miller said. “And no one—no city official, no state official, no illegal alien, no leftist agitator or domestic insurrectionist—can prevent you from fulfilling your legal obligations and duties.”
This wasn’t empty rhetoric. It was a rallying cry in defense of law enforcement at a time when Democrats are actively undermining it at every level. Miller made it clear: if anyone tries to obstruct ICE from doing its job, they are the ones who will face justice.
The backdrop to Miller’s comments? A Democratic Party spiraling into open hostility against federal law enforcement.
REMINDER. “To all ICE officers: You have federal immunity in the conduct of your duties. Anybody who lays a hand on you or tries to stop you or tries to obstruct you is committing a felony. Just take Minneapolis Mayor Jacob Frey, who referred to ICE agents as “invaders,” or Minnesota Governor Tim Walz, who has sat on his hands while radical mobs try to intimidate federal agents. And now, House Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries has taken things even further — launching what can only be described as a veiled threat against Trump administration officials and ICE agents themselves.
In a shocking statement, Jeffries wrote:
“The incitement and engagement in state violence against the American people is a serious crime… Donald Trump will leave office long before the five-year statute of limitations expires… You are hereby put on notice.”
Let that sink in. A sitting congressional leader threatening legal retribution against ICE for enforcing the law — simply because Democrats don’t like the law being enforced.
This is what we’re up against.
What Miller said was clear: enforcing immigration law is not violence. It’s justice. And yet Democrats like Jeffries are promising to go after those who do their jobs. Meanwhile, the left continues to incite protests, riots, and public unrest in cities like Minneapolis, all aimed at shutting down immigration enforcement and intimidating federal officers.
It’s no different than the viral video circulating last year attempting to rally the military against President Trump. This is a pattern — a dangerous one — of trying to pit Americans against each other and grind the gears of government to a halt if it doesn’t serve the radical progressive agenda.
REMINDER: To all members of the Trump administration.
The incitement and engagement in state violence against the American people is a serious crime.
Donald Trump will leave office long before the five-year statute of limitations expires.
You are hereby put on notice. https://t.co/hXAc0mGMrp

Jeffries doubled down in a press briefing. No clarifications. No retractions. Just more threats.
All of this should serve as a crystal-clear warning: Democrats aren’t hiding their endgame anymore. They want ICE dismantled. They want law enforcement defanged. And if you dare to serve in a future Republican administration — they want you punished.
If conservatives don’t show up in 2026 and 2028, there may not be a law enforcement agency left that’s willing to do its job. Because the left isn’t running on policy — they’re running on pure, unfiltered Trump hatred.
They’ve told you what they’ll do if they win. Believe them.
