On Tuesday, Kennedy posted a one-minute, 30-second clip to his official government X account featuring himself and rock star Kid Rock working out shirtless in what can only be described as a red-blooded, all-American montage set to “Bawitdaba.”
“I’ve teamed up with @KidRock to deliver two simple messages to the American people: GET ACTIVE + EAT REAL FOOD,” Kennedy wrote.
The video, dubbed “Secretary Kennedy and Kid Rock’s Rock Out Workout,” wastes no time setting the tone. It opens with the two posing shirtless beside what appears to be a taxidermied bear wearing a hat. From there, the visuals shift rapidly — American flags waving, a shark slicing through water, a military plane soaring overhead, bears roaming, and an eagle flashing across the screen.
It’s patriotic. It’s loud. It’s unapologetic.
The pair are also shown in a kitchen preparing food, holding an American flag in front of a replica Statue of Liberty, and cruising in a convertible. The symbolism is hardly subtle.
Then comes the fitness segment.
Kennedy and Kid Rock start their workout fully clothed, doing sit-ups and using gym equipment. But in true rock-and-roll fashion, the shirts come off once they move into a sauna. Kennedy pedals a stationary bike in jeans while Kid Rock knocks out push-ups in the background. They later switch roles.
The left hates that RFK JR and Kid Rock actually work out.
In other news, we should all look this good when we are RFK’s age (72).pic.twitter.com/R1A88Nc9CF

The intensity ramps up when Kennedy, still wearing jeans, plunges into a cold tub after the sauna session. Emerging from the icy water, he asks, “Where’s Kid?” The answer: relaxing in a heated swimming pool.
Moments later, the two are back together, playing a quick game of pickleball before returning to the pool — this time sipping glasses of whole milk.
Yes, whole milk.
The video is part of Kennedy’s Make America Healthy Again initiative, which emphasizes physical activity, high-protein diets, and ditching ultra-processed foods. Kennedy, 72, recently revealed he follows a strict carnivore diet.
“I’m on a carnivore diet, so I just eat meat and ferments,” he told Fox News.
The timing is notable. Just a week earlier, Kid Rock — a vocal Trump supporter — headlined the conservative alternative to Bad Bunny’s Super Bowl halftime show. The musician, who performed at the 2024 Republican National Convention, has become a cultural fixture in right-leaning circles.
Now, he’s teaming up with a Cabinet secretary to push a back-to-basics health message.
The optics are deliberate: strength, Americana, protein, patriotism. In an era of government food pyramids and public health mandates, Kennedy appears to be carving out a different lane — one built on red meat, cold plunges, and classic rock.
