New Details Emerge from Oversight Committee Report

Well, now it’s starting to make sense — or at least explain the mess that the current Trump administration inherited.

An explosive new Oversight Committee report is pulling back the curtain on what really went down during the previous administration under Joe Biden. And let’s just say…it’s not pretty. If you thought Biden’s presidency was a disorganized, stumbling mess from the outside, this new information suggests it was even worse behind closed doors. Much worse.

The Committee has been grilling former Biden officials, dragging back the crew that once propped up the 46th president — and it’s revealing a White House that was barely held together with denial, excuses, and apparently a very busy autopen. The most jaw-dropping detail? How many of these officials are pleading the Fifth when asked about their roles. You don’t plead the Fifth because you’re proud of your work. You plead the Fifth when things went sideways — legally.

Dr. Kevin O’Connor, Biden’s former White House physician. Silent.

Annie Tomasini, Biden’s Deputy Chief of Staff. Silent.

Anthony Bernal, Senior Advisor to Jill Biden. Silent.

Three high-level officials. Three refusals to answer. That’s not a coincidence. That’s a pattern.

Meanwhile, the ones who do speak aren’t exactly reassuring. Take Bruce Reed — Biden’s former deputy chief of staff for policy. According to the report, Reed defended Biden’s disastrous public appearances by blaming them on…a stutter. Yes, really. Reed actually claimed Biden’s meltdown during the infamous debate was caused by a lifelong stutter, not cognitive decline. Because apparently that stutter also makes you freeze, stare into the abyss, and lose your train of thought in the middle of a sentence.

But it gets worse.

Reed also said, per the Oversight Committee, that Biden’s physician dismissed cognitive tests as “meaningless.” Which raises the question: Were they avoiding the tests on purpose, just so they wouldn’t have to answer the results?

And while Reed had no problem defending Biden behind closed doors, when reporters approached him in the hallway, he refused to say a word. Classic.

The autopen scandal, now front and center in this new report, might be the most alarming piece. Rep. Andy Biggs, who participated in many of the committee’s interviews, told John Solomon Reports that Biden had little to no idea who was using the autopen to sign documents — documents carrying the full authority of the presidency.

Let that land.

Joe Biden may not have known who was signing official presidential directives under his name.

According to Biggs, the White House was operating with a “wanderer” at the helm — Biden, detached from Cabinet-level officials, seemingly unaware of key decisions. And as the report now reveals, some of those decisions may have involved unauthorized use of presidential powers via autopen.

Biggs even hinted at possible criminal culpability. Because if someone used the president’s signature without legal authority? That’s not a paperwork error. That’s a serious federal offense.

He also raised a new concern: the 25th Amendment — the one intended to protect the country if a president becomes incapacitated — actually incentivized Biden’s inner circle to hide the extent of his decline. Think about that. Instead of stepping in for the good of the country, insiders may have shielded Biden from accountability to protect their own power.

And now? Those decisions are catching up with them.

This Oversight Committee report doesn’t just paint a picture of dysfunction. It suggests the Biden presidency may have been little more than a hollow shell, managed by staffers more focused on hiding the truth than serving the American people. And while Biden is no longer in office, the implications of what was allowed — or ignored — under his watch are far from over.

So, yes — this explains a lot. The weak border, the botched foreign policy, the inflationary spiral, the bizarre press moments…they weren’t isolated events. They were symptoms of a deeper problem. A presidency on autopilot — sometimes literally.

And now, thanks to this report, we’re finally seeing who was really at the controls.
